Upon browsing SkinB5's website, there was an instagram post on the bottom part of the page.
SkinB5 is offering a free trial kit for beauty bloggers who's suffering from any form of acne. Details like an email address was provided, so I gave it a shot.
Luckily, they replied and told me that I need to send a photo for comparison
after I finish the product.
I filled out a form then mailed it back.
Then was told that they'll send me the product.
After several weeks, I went to the post office to claim my package
that was sent by their head office in Australia.
I paid some duty taxes because the customs employee stated that
there isn't a law (yet) that says
beauty/fashion bloggers are exempted from paying those taxes.
She did told me that Camille Co, one of the famous PH bloggers,
do claim her packages regularly in the post office.
She does pay her duty taxes and reimburses it to the company who sent her the goods.
Did the same but to no luck,
SkinB5 didn't reply anything about it.
Hahaha! Oh well...
You guys do remember that I have first known SkinB5 because of Pretty Looks.
I did get to try SkinB5 Extra Strength Tablets after being under medication of Isotret.
I have always been curious whether SkinB5's acne range is as effective as its tablets.
(The customs employee opened the product in order to see what's inside and to calculate how much duty taxes I should pay. She did not include the postage fee since it was sent for the purpose of blogging.)
(I was welcomed with this note stating "with compliments".)
Spoiler:
I am actually loving this range already.
Even brought it with me to Washington DC and New York last August 7. ;)
