My Post-Acne Care

Believe me, after all, having a clear skin requires diligence.

All tips and products used may or may not work for you.
Consulting a dermatologist is a must.

After taking Isotretinoin medication for 5 months,
Ms. Blair of Pretty Looks,
prescribed SkinB5 Acne Control Extra Strength Tablets
 in replacement of Isotret.

Products that was prescribed:

1.) SkinB5 Acne Control Extra Strength Tablets (Php 3,500.00)
2.) Papulex Isocorrexion Hydrating Cream
3.) Lab46 Remarkable Face Radiance Toner
4.) Blair Transcend Soap

Couldn't remember anymore how many tablets a day I was supposed to take SkinB5.
Sorry!

But at the 1st month,
I was instructed to take high dosage
to avoid the rebound of pimples even after taking Isotret.

SkinB5 also acts as a maintenance medication since it is
full of vitamins like
Vitamin B5, Zinc, Copper, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin H
and safe for everyday intake.

I've used 3 bottles and I stopped taking it because I'm getting broke again.
Hahaha!

Now, for the tips that worked for me:

1.) Having a healthy skin starts from within

- Healthy diet, proper exercise and meditation can help a lot.

2.) Avoid foods that can trigger your acne

- Personally, after eating seafoods, I tend to have some pimples growing. Take note of the food/s that you might think causes a pimple outbreak. Lol!

3.) Proper hygiene is a must

- Always make sure your face and body is clean.

4.) As much as possible, avoid touching your face.

- As you could transmit many germs on your precious face. And it increases the tendency to pop your pimples especially when you feel that it's already dried up.

5.) Use clean brushes and sponges when applying make-up.

6.) Never borrow towels, make-ups (especially compact ones), make-up brush and sponges (unless cleaned and sterilized) and other stuffs that could transfer pimples to your face

- Ms. Blair once told me that they have a customer whom which got his pimple from borrowing a towel from a person who has pimples.

7.) Drink lots and lots of water

8.) Don't stress yourself too much

9.) Sleep on time

- Whenever you can. Hehehe!

10.) Never neglect drinking vitamins.

- I take Kirkland Vitamin C with Rose Hips and Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex and also, Kirkland Vitamin E 400IU everyday in replacement of SkinB5.
Since it's much cheaper!

After dealing with acne and pimples,
be it big or small,
the scars left by it seemed inevitable.

Dark spots are much easier to treat
than the deep scars (especially the crater-like ones).
